Personal Asistant to CEO

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. The role requires strong online research capabilities, particularly the ability to independently search for, analyze, and compare products using Google, identify suitable suppliers and manufacturers, and prepare concise comparison summaries. The Personal Assistant will manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and documentation, liaise with local and international vendors, follow up on quotations and pending matters, and assist in basic procurement coordination. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Personal or Administrative Assistant, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, strong time-management and organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
