Personal Assistant

**Position:** Founder’s Personal Assistant / Brand Coordinator **Location:** Queens, NY (with flexibility to travel between Lab locations) **Compensation:** $50K–$65K annually (or $25–$30/hr, based on experience) **Type:** Full-time preferred --- About the Role The Drunken Laboratory — a $2M+ experiential brand redefining entertainment, science, and empowerment — is looking for a personal assistant to our founder. This isn’t a typical assistant role. You’ll be the right hand to a visionary leader building an empire in immersive edutainment, content creation, and brand partnerships. If you’re organized, stylish, resourceful, and can keep up with a fast-moving creative CEO — this is your moment. --- ### What You’ll Do **Brand & Content Support** - Capture lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content (home, lab, events, travel) - Coordinate with the marketing and creative team to supply content and BTS - Assist with outfit selection, styling, and shoot prep - Manage content days, brand calendar, and assist in on-site setups - Attend public events, brand shoots, and summits as the founder’s support **Executive & Admin Support** - Manage calendar, emails, and meeting preparation - Join meetings and take notes, flagging follow-ups - Organize documents, travel, and logistics for founder - Maintain communication between founder, DOO, and creative team **Lifestyle & Logistics** - Prep workspaces and wardrobe before meetings or shoots - Manage errands, deliveries, and vendor coordination - Keep the founder on schedule and camera-ready --- ### ✨ You’re a Great Fit If You… - Have 3–5+ years of experience supporting a high-profile founder, entrepreneur, or creative executive - Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments - Have an eye for aesthetics, presentation, and personal brand management - Are tech-savvy (Google Suite, Slack, Canva, Notion, social platforms) - Can maintain confidentiality and professionalism - Have flexible availability for both in-person and hybrid work --- ### Why Join Us You’ll be at the center of a growing national brand that merges **science, creativity, and culture** — while directly helping a visionary founder scale her influence and impact. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.39 - $28.17 per hour
