Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Chairman – Al Shaqaf Medical, Dubai Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-Time (1 day off per week, with flexibility for extra hours on weekdays as needed) About the Role: Al Shaqaf Medical, a leading medical research company, is seeking a highly professional Personal Assistant to support the Chairman in all aspects of his daily life and personal management. The ideal candidate will be discreet, proactive, bilingual (Arabic & English), and fully flexible, with the ability to travel whenever required. This role requires a high level of trust, professionalism, and availability, as the Chairman often works late and may require support outside standard working hours. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Chairman’s personal schedule, appointments, and daily routines. Arrange personal travel, accommodations, and logistics both locally and internationally. Handle personal errands, shopping, and lifestyle management tasks. Coordinate private events, meetings, and social engagements. Assist with household management, staff coordination, and daily organizational needs. Provide support for personal communication, including phone calls and messages, with full discretion. Ensure the Chairman’s daily life runs smoothly and efficiently, anticipating needs proactively. Maintain flexibility to work extra hours during weekdays as required by the Chairman’s schedule. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a personal assistant for high-level executives. Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Highly organized, discreet, and trustworthy. Professional, polished, and presentable appearance at all times. Flexible and committed to extended hours when required. Ready to travel domestically and internationally on short notice. Based in Dubai with the legal right to work in the UAE. Preferably with no major personal commitments or dependents, and fully dedicated to the role. Personal Attributes: Highly professional and reliable. Proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs. Friendly, approachable, and adaptable to a fast-paced lifestyle.
