About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to support a senior leadership member in a fast-growing startup.

This role requires discretion, discipline, and excellent coordination skills.
You will manage schedules, communication, documentation, and day-to-day operational support so that leadership can focus on strategy and execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Calendar Support

  • Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and action items

Communication & Coordination

  • Handle emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and summaries

Documentation & Admin Support

  • Maintain files, documents, and confidential records
  • Assist with reports, presentations, and basic documentation
  • Handle travel planning, bookings, and logistics (as required)

Confidentiality & Trust

  • Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for senior-level communication
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations without disruptions

Skills & RequirementsMust-Have

  • 1–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Admin Support
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • High level of professionalism and discretion

Good-to-Have

  • Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities calmly
  • Basic knowledge of travel coordination and scheduling tools
  • Comfort working with senior leadership
