About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to support a senior leadership member in a fast-growing startup.
This role requires discretion, discipline, and excellent coordination skills.
You will manage schedules, communication, documentation, and day-to-day operational support so that leadership can focus on strategy and execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Calendar Support
- Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and action items
Communication & Coordination
- Handle emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and summaries
Documentation & Admin Support
- Maintain files, documents, and confidential records
- Assist with reports, presentations, and basic documentation
- Handle travel planning, bookings, and logistics (as required)
Confidentiality & Trust
- Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
- Act as a trusted point of contact for senior-level communication
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations without disruptions
Skills & RequirementsMust-Have
- 1–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Admin Support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- High level of professionalism and discretion
Good-to-Have
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
- Ability to handle multiple priorities calmly
- Basic knowledge of travel coordination and scheduling tools
- Comfort working with senior leadership
