Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail) with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments while effectively managing priorities and deadlines.
- Perform external/field duties as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and integrity.
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
- Valid driving license and own car.
- Maximum age: 35 years
