Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail) with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments while effectively managing priorities and deadlines.
  • Perform external/field duties as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and integrity.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
  • Valid driving license and own car.
  • Maximum age: 35 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: KD1.000 - KD650.000 per month
