Personal Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal / Administrative Assistant to help manage daily administrative tasks, communications, and operational support across our businesses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and problem solving. The assistant will help manage emails, paperwork, billing follow-ups, and coordination tasks related to pharmacy administration, retail operations, and property management.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking for a stable role with a growing local business.

Responsibilities

Email & Communication Management

  • Monitor and organize incoming emails
  • Respond to routine inquiries and draft professional replies
  • Prioritize urgent messages and follow-ups
  • Maintain organized communication records

Billing & Bookkeeping Support

  • Assist with billing tasks and insurance claim follow-ups
  • Track invoices, payments, and reimbursement records
  • Maintain basic bookkeeping records (expenses, invoices, receipts)
  • Assist with organizing financial records for accounting and tax purposes

E-Commerce & Online Operations Support

  • Assist with managing online product listings or updates
  • Help track online orders and customer inquiries
  • Support inventory updates and product descriptions
  • Assist with basic website or online store administrative tasks

Store Operational Support (Backend)

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to store operations
  • Help organize shipping records and paperwork
  • Support internal documentation and operational processes when needed

Property Management Assistance

  • Handle calls related to tenants and property issues
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications
  • Research and identify contractors or service providers when problems arise
  • Track and follow up on maintenance and repair tasks

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Manage calendars and appointments
  • Schedule calls with vendors, tenants, and service providers
  • Track deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
