This is not a typical assistant role - you will be directly involved in the behind-the-scenes coordination of high-level productions, helping bring ambitious creative visions to life. Responsibilities
- Manage video production calendars, coordinating meetings, schedules, travel,.
- Support the planning and execution of high-end commercial shoots, campaigns, and creative projects, including logistics, timelines, locations, talent coordination, and vendor communication.
- Assist executives in preparing presentations, decks, reports, and handling polished communication with brands, partners, and industry professionals.
- Coordinate multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and production quality are consistently met.
