Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized, sharp, and reliable person to work directly alongside ownership as Marketing Coordinatonor / Personal Assistant.
You will be involved in day-to-day operations, marketing execution, and communication across multiple businesses, helping keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Marketing & Social Media (Primary Focus):
- Manage and post across Facebook, Google, and other platforms
- Assist in creating promotions, posts, and campaigns
- Coordinate with our marketing partners
- Monitor messages, comments, and engagement
Operations Support:
- Assist with scheduling, task management, and follow-ups
- Work inside systems like Floorzap and RentRedi
- Handle customer communication (calls, texts, emails)
- Help keep jobs, projects, and timelines organized
Admin / Business Support:
- Inventory tracking and basic reporting
- Data entry and light bookkeeping support
- Assist with documentation, forms, and internal systems
- Help implement and improve processes

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly
- Self-motivated — you don’t wait to be told every step
- Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Professional, reliable, and trustworthy
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
