Looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support daily tasks for a business owner based in Business Bay.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups
- Arrange travel (flights, hotels, bookings)
- Assist with basic office tasks and coordination
- Run occasional personal errands
- Keep documents and information organized
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Good communication skills (Preferably bilingual )
- Organized and able to multitask
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, WhatsApp)
