Personal Assistant

Looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support daily tasks for a business owner based in Business Bay.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups
  • Arrange travel (flights, hotels, bookings)
  • Assist with basic office tasks and coordination
  • Run occasional personal errands
  • Keep documents and information organized

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Good communication skills (Preferably bilingual )
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Basic computer skills (email, Excel, WhatsApp)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
