Personal Assistant to CEO – Tago Life Location: Buckhead Village, Atlanta, GA

We’re all about community, creativity, and making life more vibrant!Role OverviewWe’re searching for a superstar Personal Assistant to partner with our CEO and help drive every aspect of Tago Life’s operations. This role is for a dynamic, resourceful, and highly organized individual who thrives in a creative, ever-changing environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.What You’ll Do

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and communications
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel across all Tago Life projects
  • Support project management: track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables (Asana & Google Drive)
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and team members
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense management
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Support marketing, social media, and content creation
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Provide on-the-ground support at events and activations (evenings/weekends as needed)
  • Take on ad hoc tasks and problem-solve on the fly—no two days are the same!
  • Be a positive, proactive brand ambassador for Tago Life

What You Bring

  • Prior experience as a personal/executive assistant, office manager, or similar support role
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, Asana, and social media know-how
  • Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Passion for events, wellness, and community
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
