Portland Clinic of Holistic Health is looking for a well-organized Personal Assistant to provide support for our CEO. This is a great opportunity to establish working relationships with high-level executives and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.

Duties and skill set include but no limited to:

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  • Run errands as requested
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving and decision making
  • Proactivity and self-direction
  • Interpersonal skills
  • tasks outside of clinic including: drafting school and charity emails. coordinating schedules. update schedules as needed. as directed by CEO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
