Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:No two days will look the same. Responsibilities may include:
Office & Administrative-
Answering phones and helping direct communication

Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
-
Data entry, filing, and document organization
-
Following up on tasks, customers, or projects
Business Support-
Assisting with project coordination and tracking
-
Helping gather information for bids or proposals
-
Organizing job files, materials, and selections
-
Communicating with vendors, customers, or team members
Social Media & Marketing-
Assisting with social media posts and content organization
-
Taking photos/videos of projects or behind-the-scenes
-
Helping maintain consistency in marketing efforts
Personal & Errands-
Running errands (pickups, deliveries, supply runs)

Light cleaning and organizing (office, showroom, etc.)

Assisting with personal tasks and scheduling
Organization & Systems-
Keeping spaces, files, and workflows organized

Helping improve systems and processes
-
Anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise
