Personal Assistant

Job Overview
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to help build and grow something bigger than just a brand — a movement for beauty professionals.

This is for The Beauty Union — a platform focused on empowering beauty workers to charge their worth, build sustainable careers, and stop navigating this industry alone.

This role is for someone who:

• Is organized, proactive, and resourceful
• Has strong communication skills (written + verbal)
• Is comfortable with social media, content, and digital tools
• Can take initiative without needing constant direction
• Is aligned with the mission of empowering women in the beauty industry
• Ideally has beauty industry experience

What you’ll be helping with:

• Managing emails, DMs, and communication
• Assisting with content planning + posting
• Supporting digital product launches (guides, downloads, etc.)
• Research + organization for projects
• Light admin + behind-the-scenes support

Details:

• Part-time (with room to grow)
• Remote / flexible
• Paid (rate based on experience — opportunity to grow with the brand)
