Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant with 2–3 years of experience to support senior management. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking candidates specifically from Ras Al Khaimah
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Maintain filing systems and records (digital and physical)
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist in administrative and office management tasks
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consultancy or engineering firms is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
