Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Calendar & Email Management: Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and filtering emails/calls.
  • Travel Coordination: Organizing flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Administrative Support: Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Personal Errands: Handling household tasks, dry cleaning, shopping, and appointment scheduling.
  • Liaison & Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Expense Tracking: Managing budgets and processing expense reports.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information securely.
  • Tech Proficiency: Expert skills in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules. Hays +4
