Friday Personal Assistants matches exceptional personal assistants with busy professionals and families who need more than a task manager. They need someone they can genuinely trust. We place our PAs with clients as fractional or full-time support, handling everything from calendar management and vendor coordination to home management and life admin.

We're a fast-growing company, and as we bring on new clients across the Nashville/Brentwood area, we're building our network of PAs now so we're ready to make great matches quickly.

How This Works

This is not a traditional job posting for a single, immediate opening. When you apply, you'll go through our interview process and, if it's a great fit, be added to the Friday PA Network.

From there, as we onboard new clients, we'll reach out to you when a placement opportunity matches your availability, location, and skill set. If the client sounds like a good match to you, we'll share your candidate profile with them for consideration. If they'd like to move forward, you'll then interview directly with the client and, if it's a mutual fit, you're in.

Once you're matched and a client contract is in place, you'll work directly with your client to set a schedule that works for both of you and you're guaranteed the hours your client has committed to. Clients sign agreements based on a minimum weekly hour threshold, so you're not left guessing week to week.

What You'll Do

Depending on your client placement, your work may include:

  • Managing personal and professional calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and family commitments (Google Calendar is our primary tool)
  • Coordinating vendors, from home service providers to contractors, including sourcing, scheduling, follow-up, and project oversight
  • Handling personal correspondence, email management, and follow-up on behalf of your client
  • Managing household and life logistics: grocery orders, reservations, event planning, gift research, returns, and more
  • Supporting home resets, keeping the household running smoothly through light tidying, laundry, and general home organization so clients come home to a space that feels taken care of
  • Assisting with meal prep, including grocery sourcing, prepping ingredients, and preparing simple meals based on client preferences
  • Tracking tasks and projects in Asana, keeping everything organized and nothing falling through the cracks
  • Supporting home management needs, including scoping and overseeing home projects
  • Maintaining confidential client information with care, using 1Password for secure reference management
  • Logging hours accurately using Toggl and communicating proactively when approaching balance thresholds
  • Coordinating with Friday's team as needed for client communication and continuity

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, estate manager, or in a similar client-facing support role
  • Warm, professional communication style; you're comfortable representing someone else with grace
  • Strong organizational instincts; you notice what needs to happen before you're asked
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), as our entire team works in it
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Asana, Toggl, and 1Password
  • Comfort with variety; client needs shift and you'll need to adapt without losing your footing
  • High discretion and emotional intelligence; you'll be trusted with private details about people's lives and homes
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to work in-person with clients as needed
  • A genuine service orientation; you're wired to make someone else's life easier, not just check boxes

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience supporting high-net-worth families or C-suite executives
  • Home or estate management background
  • Vendor coordination or project management experience

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
