Personal Assistant (Executive + Household Support)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support a business owner of a boutique psychology practice. This role combines executive administrative support with personal, household, and family assistance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage both professional and personal responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Executive / Business Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointments using Google Workspace and Outlook
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups in a professional manner
- Assist with client inquiries and scheduling coordination
- Support basic administrative tasks (data entry, document organization, proofreading)
- Coordinate meetings, events, and occasional travel arrangements
- Assist with operational tasks and special projects as needed
Personal, Household & Family Assistance
- Run local errands (e.g., deposits, returns, pickups)
- Assist with home organization projects (closets, storage, general tidiness)
- Help coordinate vendors, deliveries, and home-related appointments
- Provide personal & family coordination assistance
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs
- Comfortable working in both professional and home environments
- Flexible, open-minded, supportive, easy to work with on teams
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
