About the Role
We are seeking a highly resourceful, sharp, and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. In this remote role, you will act as the right hand to executive, and day-to-day scheduling. If you have a clever, problem-solving mindset, a strong grasp of numbers, and the ability to multi-tasking smoothly, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Management: Execute a high-volume, targeted application strategy. Fill in application forms, provide timely feedback.
- Calendar Management: Take full ownership of complex schedules. Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and ensure the daily calendar runs without conflicts.
- Inbox & Communication Management: Act as the primary gatekeeper for email correspondence. Read, organize, and draft professional responses to ensure timely communication.
- Team Task Coordination: Oversee and manage daily tasks assigned to the broader team.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative capacity.
- Language Skills: Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal) is strictly required for drafting emails, communicating with the team, and managing professional profiles.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on formatting in Word and data tracking/formulas in Excel.
- Mathematical Proficiency: Strong numerical skills. You must be comfortable working with numbers, managing data, or handling basic financial tracking.
- Resourceful & Clever: A highly adaptable and sharp problem-solver. You should be able to think on your feet, anticipate needs, and find efficient workarounds to administrative bottlenecks.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per hour
Experience:
- Personal Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
