This job will be primarily in office although you will be expected to help at the family home.
Duties:
- Manage general office responsibilities such as opening mail, keeping inventory, making orders, coordinating and facilitating office work
- Running errands such as maintaining the vehicles, scheduling appointments, facilitating projects
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise
