Position: Personal Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily administrative and coordination tasks. Candidates with prior experience as a Customer Care Executive are encouraged to apply, as strong communication and client-handling skills are highly valued for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Assist in travel arrangements, bookings, and event coordination
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents
- Provide general administrative and personal support as required
- Ensure a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Care Executive
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
Preferred Candidate:
- Background in customer service or client-facing roles
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
