We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the CEO to support executive-level operations, responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow for the CEO. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assist in managing emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project updates.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure the smooth execution of company strategies.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and provide summaries when required.
- Perform administrative and office management tasks
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
