Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the CEO to support executive-level operations, responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow for the CEO. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Assist in managing emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project updates.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure the smooth execution of company strategies.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and provide summaries when required.
  • Perform administrative and office management tasks
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
