• Live Shopping & Ent is a rapidly growing live selling company that sells everything from luxury hand bags, small leather goods, accessories, clothing, and more. We are focused on building a strong, high performing team to support company growth.

POSITION SUMMARY

• Provide highly organized, discreet and proactive support to the CEO. Managing the CEOs family and household operations, office packing, custom duties, setting up inventory, scanning, logging and dispatching physical mail and courier items. This is a demanding, high-trust position that requires exceptional attention to detail, flawless follow-through and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Household & Family Support

• Handle personal errands and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a service-oriented mindset.
• Make returns
• Driving

B. Office Correspondence

• Pack large number of orders in a proficient matter
• Sourcing items for inventory
• Order & organize inventory
• Quality management
• Clean inventory
• Drop off and pick up orders and inventory and mail
• Customer service
• Customs & clearance
• Send & receive items
• Data entry

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Trustworthy, discrete and respectful of privacy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Having a reliable car is a plus.
