Personal Assistant

We’re looking for a highly organized, tech‑savvy, people‑friendly Personal Assistant to support the owner of a growing Med Spa. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and loves helping a business run smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with the owner to keep daily operations flowing — from reception support to calendar management to customer outreach. If you’re dependable, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Organizational Support

  • Manage and coordinate multiple calendars (owner, staff, meetings, vendor appointments)
  • Check, organize, and respond to emails on behalf of the owner
  • Assist with schedule management and time‑blocking
  • Prepare documents, notes, and digital files as needed
  • Support with general computer work, data entry, and online organization

Front Desk & Client Support

  • Assist with reception duties during busy hours
  • Greet clients and provide a warm, professional experience
  • Help with appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and follow‑ups
  • Support customer service communication via phone, text, and email

Outreach & Communication

  • Assist with customer outreach (follow‑ups, reminders, satisfaction check‑ins)
  • Support partner/vendor outreach and communication
  • Help maintain positive relationships with local businesses and collaborators

Online & Digital Management

  • Assist with website updates, online booking systems, and digital platforms
  • Help manage online listings, profiles, and basic content updates
  • Support social media tasks

Qualifications

  • 2 years of Admin experience
  • 2 years customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with technology, email platforms, and online tools
  • Professional, friendly, and calm under pressure
  • Experience in a customer‑facing role is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Personal assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Allen, TX 75013 (Preferred)
