We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a private family in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining calendars for children and family schedules
- Liaising and coordinating with schools
- Managing all personal travel arrangements
- Coordinating maintenance of household equipment and follow-ups
- Managing staff rota and schedules
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day household coordination
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar Personal Assistant / Household Coordinator role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using AI tools and digital systems for scheduling and coordination
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced private household environment
