We are looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and day-to-day support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handle calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain records and documents
Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks
Coordinate with clients and team members
Perform other assigned office duties
Requirements
Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Previous office or assistant experience is a plus
Salary: PKR 45,000/month
Location: Rawalpindi & Islamabad
Pay: Up to Rs45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
