Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, communications, and strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficiency, confidentiality, and smooth execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior management, partners, and government or external entities
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Screen calls, emails, and messages, prioritizing urgent matters
- Support the CEO with personal and professional administrative tasks
- Assist with project coordination and deadline tracking
- Organize events, board meetings, and executive-level engagements
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior leadership (preferably CEO level)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
Language Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic
- Fluent in English
Additional Requirements
- Candidate must be of Arab nationality.
- Exceptional command of the English language (spoken and written), with professional-level communication skills.
