Claremont Middle/High School is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Personal Assistant to the Principal to support daily administrative operations. This temporary position requires strong computer skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Personal Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support, assist with scheduling and communication, prepare documents and reports, maintain accurate records and other duties assigned. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Desired Qualifications Required:

Two years of office support experience, including one year in a secretarial role.

Knowledge of business procedures and protocol.

Strong command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, usage, and vocabulary.

Knowledge of standard business formats for correspondence, narrative reports, and related documents.

Ability to locate, retrieve, and compile information from multiple sources.

Ability to interact with staff, students, families, and the public with tact and courtesy.

Skilled in advanced computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Drive.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to compose business correspondence.

Additional Information:

Must at least have a high school diploma or equivalent.

This is a temporary part-time position, approximately 20–30 hours per week. No benefits.

Candidates must be adaptable, reliable, and prepared to support the main office with high-level administrative tasks.

Pay: $22.78 - $27.44 per hour
