Neurodivergent Support Aide / Companion

We are seeking a patient, compassionate, and dependable individual to provide one-on-one support for a young female adult participating in activities at Agape Village

and in the community.

Qualifications/ Requirements

Seeking a candidate with a college education (or current coursework) in Disability

Studies, Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Applicants should

have experience or knowledge working with OCD – obsessive compulsive disorder (most important qualification) and autism spectrum disorder, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to actively participate in daily campus and community activities.

Schedule

 Monday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

 Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

 Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

 Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

 Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Compensation

 Days 1–90: $21.00 per hour

 Day 91+: $23.00 per hour
