Job Summary

Art by Zacc Gallery is a small, independent art gallery run by a single artist/owner, with a focus on graphic arts. Our team currently includes the gallery owner Zacc and two supportive staff. The gallery values a calm, welcoming atmosphere and a professional but relaxed approach to sharing artwork with the public. The gallery is event-based and requires frequent public outreach. It also runs the Valley Youth Artist Guild, a program that solicits local businesses to act as public venues for student artwork.

Position Overview


The gallery is seeking a dependable, organized individual to assist with day-to-day operations. This role is well suited for someone who appreciates graphic arts, enjoys working in a creative environment, and is comfortable supporting a small business. Someone savvy with social media is a plus!

Responsibilities

* Assist with daily gallery operations and visitor interactions

* Help maintain organization of artwork, materials, and supplies

* Support basic administrative tasks such as email, scheduling, and simple record-keeping

* Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors and occasional clients

* Help keep the gallery space clean, organized, and presentable

*Create and maintain a friendly and approachable presence online

Qualifications

* Interest in or appreciation for graphic arts

* Basic computer skills (email, documents, and general digital organization)

* Strong communication skills

* Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

* Comfortable working independently in a small-gallery setting
