Personal Assistant

I'm a dentist, practice owner, real estate investor, and content creator — and I need a sharp, organized right hand to help keep everything running smoothly. This role touches my dental practice, investment properties, business communications, and personal life. If you take ownership without being told twice and thrive in fast-moving environments, this role was built for you.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor email, draft responses, and follow up on pending items
  • Track and pay bills across practice, personal, and investment accounts
  • Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and contractors for rental properties
  • Manage calendar and scheduling across professional and personal commitments
  • Light support for social media brand (scheduling posts, tracking pipeline)
  • Research vendors, deals, and opportunities and summarize findings

Who you are:

  • Hyper-organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communicator
  • Proactive — you solve problems before being asked
  • Discreet with sensitive financial and personal information
  • Tech-savvy (Google Suite, QuickBooks, social platforms)
  • Experienced supporting a small business owner or executive

Bonus if you have experience with: real estate or property management, healthcare/dental office admin, social media management, or basic bookkeeping.

Role details:

  • Full-time preferred; part-time considered to start
  • Hybrid — some in-person in Oakland, NJ required
  • $18–$24/hr based on experience
  • High growth potential as the business scales
