Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management. The ideal candidate must have strong reporting and analytical skills, be well-organized, and have experience or a solid understanding of business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and executive support to management.
- Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations as required.
- Maintain and organize schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Assist in business development activities, including research, client follow-up, and proposal preparation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics efficiently.
- Track tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in business development or client relations is an advantage.
- Ability to travel outside the country on a weekly basis as required.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings or weekends when needed.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
