Personal Assistant—Part Time—Newark, Delaware

Adult woman, living with some disabilities in downtown Newark, is seeking a part-time personal assistant (approx. 15 hrs/week) to help with planning, housekeeping, self care, local shopping, and trips in the community via Paratransit.

Very flexible, week-ahead scheduling is ideal for students or a 2nd job seeker. Paid training. $16.80/hr. starting rate, with potential for increases based on performance and experience on the job. The hiring process will include a formal background check. Availability during breaks (Summer, holidays, etc.) at the University of Delaware is a requirement. Weekday and weekend hours available.

Note: this is a position outside of the University of Delaware system; therefore, it will not comply with the work restrictions for a person holding an international student visa.

Pay: From $16.80 per hour
