Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care across various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, hospitals, and outpatient clinics. This role requires a strong commitment to patient well-being, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience with diverse patient populations, including geriatrics, pediatrics, and individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs, is highly valued. The CNA will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and deliver exceptional care.
Rotating Schedule: 7AM-7PM
Week 1: Work Monday, Friday-Sunday
Week 2: Work Tuesday-Thursday
Duties
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as incontinence care, feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately and ensure proper documentation of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support medication administration under supervision.
- Assist in patient transfers and positioning to prevent pressure ulcers and ensure comfort.
- Support infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Do the necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and At Home Compassionate Care to deliver comprehensive patient support.
- Educate patients and families about health management plans and assist with medical documentation as needed.
- Respond promptly to patient needs while maintaining professionalism and empathy at all times.
Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a personal care assistant or certified nursing assistant
- Committed to health & safety
- Able to do light housekeeping and cooking
- Well-organized and reliable
- Excellent communication and people skills, as daily progress notes are required
- A positive and compassionate attitude
- Strong ethics
- Physical stamina
- CPR certified
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MUST have a valid driver’s license to take the participant to and from medical appointments and leisure activities
- Must have a mobile device with reliable internet
- Strong communication skills for working with patients of all ages

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
