<Job Overview>
We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Personal Assistant Caregivers to support individuals with diverse needs, including seniors, those with disabilities, and individuals living with dementia or autism. This paid position offers an opportunity to deliver vital assistance with daily activities while fostering independence and well-being.

<Duties>

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident’s personal assistive devices
• Prepare meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking
• Support clients in community settings or at home through personalized care plans, including light cleaning and household chores
• Observe and report changes in patient condition, including memory care or dementia-related behaviors, to healthcare professionals

<Experience>

• Prior experience preferred
• Hands-on experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or dementia is highly valued
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality and privacy standards

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
