Personal Assistant cum CSR Female

Lahore, Pakistan

Canadian City is a well reputed land developer’s progressive group, needs a well experienced Personal Assistant to CEO cum CSR / collection Specialist(inside office) for Head Office having minimum qualification BBA in marketing with a pleasant, presentable & well personality and strong communication skills. Must have good command on English language.

Responsibilities

  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies
  • Organize files, answer phones and perform assigned Miscellaneous tasks
  • Make travel arrangements (tickets etc)
  • Dealing clients on phone calls or face to face in office.

Requirements

  • Proficient in ENGLISH reading and letter writing
  • Strong communication skills with Customer services experience
  • Qualification minimum BBA / Equivalent
  • Must be punctual / hardworking & Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Applicants residents Nearby location will be preferred

Note: Minimum 5 years experience in well reputed organization or office / housing / real estate project. Property and real estate experienced will be preffered.

Lunch will be provided by company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Office Secretary / Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
