We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Candidate to provide administrative support to the management team and assist with day-to-day personal and office-related tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties:
- Manage and organize office operations, supplies, and documentation.
- Must be growth oriented.
- Handle correspondence (emails, letters, memos) and phone calls.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain records, filing systems, and databases.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
Coordination & Support:
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other third parties.
- Support in organizing company events, functions, or meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
