Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant cum HR Recruiter to support the management with daily tasks and also handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
  • Organize travel arrangements, events, and office documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Recruitment & Hiring Duties:

  • Post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist candidates.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & recruitment portals.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills & professional attitude.
