We are looking for a responsible highly capable, highly motivated, well-mannered individual to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.
Responsibilities
- Keep the owner/ accountant on TASK and Organized to death.. this is your #1 Job.
- File sensitive paperwork in an organized and efficient manner (both digitally and in paper form), Scanning, emailing clients, running errands as needed, CRM Management, MS 365, calendar management
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant/admin asst.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School degree/ some college a plus
- Bookkeeping knowledge and QBO knowledge a huge plus
