Part-Time Position – Fairhope, Alabama

Seeking a motivated, professional, and dependable individual to serve as a Personal Assistant / House Manager / Housekeeper for a corporate female in a large private residence located in Fairhope, Alabama.

This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, organization, and attention to detail.

Position Details

  • Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour
  • Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Part-Time
  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Additional hours available upon request
  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

Responsibilities Personal Assistant Duties

  • Assist with personal and household-related tasks
  • Manage appointments, scheduling, and calendars
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations
  • Handle shopping, gift purchases, and personal errands
  • Assist with miscellaneous day-to-day requests and ad hoc tasks
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

House Management Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day household operations
  • Coordinate household schedules and routines
  • Manage grocery shopping and household supply inventory
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair appointments with vendors or contractors
  • Monitor and report maintenance issues or household needs
  • Help ensure the home remains organized, functional, and running smoothly

Housekeeping Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the residence
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish surfaces
  • Clean floors, windows, furniture, and household items
  • Make beds and change linens
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchen areas
  • Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness
  • Empty trash and recycling bins
  • Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing
  • Organize living spaces and maintain overall tidiness
  • Perform occasional deep-cleaning tasks as needed

Additional Responsibilities

  • Prepare guest rooms and common areas for visitors
  • Restock household and cleaning supplies when necessary
  • Provide updates regarding household needs or maintenance concerns
  • Coordinate effectively with other household staff or service providers
  • Assist with basic pet care if needed
  • Follow proper health, sanitation, and safety practices
  • Respect homeowner privacy and maintain a secure, professional environment

  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Comfortable multitasking and working independently
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Previous housekeeping, personal assistant, or house management experience preferred
