We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, scheduling, and coordination support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Handle emails, calls, and communication on behalf of the employer
- Organize documents, files, and daily tasks
- Assist in personal errands and day-to-day activities
- Prepare reports, notes, and reminders
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth daily operations
- Support in planning events, tasks, or projects as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Problem-solving attitude and flexibility
