Position: Personal Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support an executive in both personal and business-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sales, marketing, scheduling, communication, and have the flexibility to travel when needed. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, confidentiality, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Personal Support

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Organize personal and business calendars.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams for sales-related activities.
  • Help track sales leads, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
  • Support social media updates, basic content creation, and brand promotion activities.
  • Conduct market research and prepare reports when needed.

Meetings & Communication

  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Join business meetings (in-person or virtual) and assist with coordination.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and business partners.
  • Ensure the executive is fully prepared for each meeting.

Travel & Logistics

  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport).
  • Provide on-the-go support during business trips.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently or on short notice.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant preferred.
  • Strong skills in sales, marketing, communication, and client interaction.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
