Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO
Working Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (6 hours/day)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's daily tasks, priorities, and schedule.
- Draft, review, and respond to professional emails and business correspondence.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain records, documents, and confidential business information.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the CEO.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Provide basic accounting support, including invoice tracking and expense records.
- Assist with eCommerce-related tasks and business operations when needed.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Conduct online research and gather information for business decisions.
- Visit the office once a week, if required, for meetings, coordination, or administrative support.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory).
- Strong email drafting and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- eCommerce experience preferred.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online business tools.
- Must be available to attend the office once per week when required.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
