Personal Assistant- Property Manager

Job Overview
The Home Daddy is a growing property management company in Amarillo, TX. We are looking for an organized, dependable, and personable Personal Assistant to help keep everything running smoothly across our portfolio. This is hybrid position- some days you'll be in office, other days you'll be working remotely or handling tasks in the field.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with tenants- answer questions, handle requests, and maintain positive relationships.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance with vendors and contractors
• Organize paperwork, leases, records, and property documentation.
• Assist with vendor coordination, quotes, and follow-ups.
• General administrative support to keep daily operations on track.
• Help with property inspections, move-in/move-out walkthroughs, and errands as needed

What We're Looking For

• Organized, proactive, and reliable- these are non-negotiable
• Great with people- you'll be the point of contact for tenants and vendors
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable with technology- email, spreadsheets, property management software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Real estate or property management experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
