Personal Assistant: Registered Behavior Technician for Adult with ASD (Part-Time/On Call/Fill In)

Rate: $60 per hour + mileage reimbursement at federal rate

Location: Lafayette, CA 94549

This is a W2 position using a payroll company which requires a live scan and background check and onboarding paperwork to be completed to work with the client. Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US. 3-4 weeks processing time.

Description & Duties of position: In search of a RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to assist and be a reliable solid community companion for a young adult (21) client with ASD. Interaction and socialization with client, community and sports outings, ensuring safety and security. This position would also be assisting with client's daily life, such as: laundry, cooking/food, clean up of bedroom and bathroom. Being sure to administer medication. Driver's License, Clean Driving, and reliable vehicle required to transport client to and from outings.

Must be comfortable with pets 2 cats at location.

Hours/Schedule:
2 nights per week 9:30pm - 9:30am to be SCHEDULED

And working up to 3 to 4 nights per week to be SCHEDULED

This position is offered as part-time as well as on-call or fill in hours as well.

Ideal Start: June 2026

Required Qualifications/Skills: RBT Certification & Valid CA DL
