Position: Personal Assistant (to CEO)

Compensation: AED 12,000 - AED 15,000 per month + Up to 10% Performance Bonus

Location: Remote

This role owns the CEO's entire personal and lifestyle operation — building elite provider relationships and using AI tools daily to research, validate, and execute at speed — built for someone with 2–3 years of principal-facing HNWI or executive lifestyle coordination experience who ensures every detail is handled before it's asked for.

Role Overview:

You'll be the connection point between vision and reality, orchestrating flawless execution and transforming requests into exceptional outcomes. You'll proactively manage the CEO's personal life, build an elite network of service providers, and create systems that ensure their world runs effortlessly. This role is built on complete confidence and trust, empowering the CEO to focus on their primary business objectives.

3. Build a Premium Network That Compounds

You'll cultivate relationships with Dubai's top-tier service providers—luxury hospitality, exclusive venues, premium wellness, elite automotive services. This network becomes your professional asset. The connections you build, the standards you uphold, and the execution excellence you demonstrate will define your reputation in Dubai's lifestyle management space.

What You'll Need:

• 2-3 years of experience managing a principal's personal life operations — including lifestyle coordination, personal travel, household management, or provider relationships for a private individual or family
• Proven expertise as a master researcher, able to quickly identify and vet high-quality providers, products, and solutions
• A resourceful problem-solver who thrives on challenges and finds solutions where others see obstacles
• Exceptional communication skills with the polish to represent a CEO in all interactions with premium service providers
• Meticulous attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors or missed follow-ups
• Strong network-building skills and comfort interfacing with luxury and high-end service environments
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in G-Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Flexible mindset with availability for occasional evening/weekend coordination

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
• A background in luxury hospitality, lifestyle management, or family office environments
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus
