Personal Assistant/ Social Media Content Creator

Job Responsibilities:

• Film and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, and website
• Assist with social media posting and content organization
• Process online orders and ensure same-day shipping
• Package products with attention to detail and branding
• Answer phones and assist with booking appointments when needed
• Help maintain studio organization and cleanliness
• Support with day-to-day business tasks and errands

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• Minimum 4 hours per day (flexible scheduling)
• Occasional weekend availability may be required based on business needs

Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience with content creation + editing apps (CapCut, Instagram, TikTok, Canva, etc.)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Interest in beauty/lash industry is a HUGE plus

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):

• Photography/videography experience
• Basic knowledge of Shopify or order fulfillment
• Familiarity with Vagaro or booking systems

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
