Personal Assistant & Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant & Social Media Coordinator to support an aesthetic nurse in managing daily administrative tasks while elevating the online presence through innovative social media strategies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, and passionate about aesthetics, digital marketing, and brand development. We are seeking a highly organized assistant to support an experienced Injector as a personal assistant and also grow her online persona and manage her start-up aesthetics training academy. This role combines personal assistance, social media managing, coordinating, and content creation.

Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant Support

• Assist with day-to-day tasks and in-office support
• Help maintain organization across business and personal tasks
• Coordinate client communication, appointments, and follow-ups
• Manage daily schedule, appointments, and calendar coordination

Social Media & Content

• Manage instagram and social media, reply to DM's, create posts and campaigns, and be proactive to grow instagram
• Capture and post before & after/educational content (Instagram, stories, reels) with professional level content writing
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Assist with content creation (filming, light editing, captions

Training Academy Support

• Manage inquiries from nurses interested in training or shadowing
• Coordinate and book training sessions
• Help manage website updates (basic edits, scheduling, payment tracking)
• Ensure a smooth experience for trainees from inquiry to booking

Qualifications/Ideal Candidate

• Experience in social media management and marketing
• Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading and content creation.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Experienced with canva, template website managing/developing
• Strong interest in aesthetics, beauty, or medical spa industry
• Comfortable being on-site and hands-on
• Professional, discreet, and reliable

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 per week
