Personal Assistant & Telemarketing

Job Description:

Innovest Assets Real Estate is looking for a motivated Personal Assistant & Telemarketing professional with at least 1 year of experience to support daily operations and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and personal support
  • Handle calls, emails, and coordination
  • Make telemarketing calls and generate leads
  • Follow up with clients and maintain records
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Good communication skills (English required)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Organized and able to multitask
