PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO ALZHEIMER'S PATIENT

Compassionate Caregiver & Personal Assistant (Long-Term Position)

Make a meaningful difference every day while building a long-term career in professional caregiving.

We are seeking an exceptional caregiver to join a dedicated team supporting an extraordinary woman living with Alzheimer's disease and aphasia.

This is not a typical home health aide position. It is an opportunity to become a trusted part of a caring household and provide one-on-one support to a woman who spent decades caring for others as a mother, caregiver, and provider. She remains aware of her surroundings and deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, patience, and compassion.

Our team has worked together for over a year and has created a positive, supportive environment where everyone contributes to the patient's quality of life. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping others, and wants to become part of something meaningful for years to come.

Why This Position Is Different Meaningful, Purpose-Driven Work

Every day you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on someone's comfort, happiness, and quality of life. This is a role for someone who finds fulfillment in helping others and understands that caregiving is both a profession and a calling.

Stable Long-Term Employment

We are looking for someone seeking a permanent position, not a temporary assignment. The patient receives 24-hour care, and we value consistency and long-term relationships.

Earn More Through Overtime - Full time staff can bring in more than $1000 weekly depending on their hourly shifts

Weekly pay is provided, and overtime opportunities are frequently available for caregivers who demonstrate reliability, strong judgment, and the ability to handle additional responsibilities.

Paid Travel Opportunities

For candidates with a valid passport and ability to travel, there may be opportunities to accompany the patient on vacations and family trips. Travel days may be compensated for up to 16 hours per day while assisting with care.

Professional Growth

You will gain hands-on experience with advanced caregiving techniques, specialized equipment, medication management, mobility assistance, and dementia care. Ongoing training will be provided.
