Personal Assistant to CEO

We are now hiring an experienced Professional Personal Assistant to be the right hand to our CEO. Hired applicant will be subjected to a full background check. Required skill set must include at least 3 years of personal assisting. CEO will require accessibility at different times of day or night depending on which time zone he is. Applicant must meet all qualifications to be considered. Our leader needs a Personal Assistant who has his back! Must have an OPEN SCHEDULE - Must be available flexible hours – even nights AND weekends. This is a Hybrid position (some in person work required but not all) who resides in Las Vegas, NV. or Scottsdale, AZ. All applicants must have at least 2 years personal assisting.

Personal Assistant applicant MUST be professional (attire / personal), extremely organized, have phone etiquette, have reliable transportation and be on time.

In addition, your resume and cover letter should include potential start date and compensation requirements in order to be considered for the Personal Assistant position.

Strict adherence to company policies and procedures is a requirement for this role.

Qualified person will be able to handle all of this, including but not limited to:

  • Schedule / confirm appointment calendar
  • Coordinate & assist with child’s schedule
  • Personal Shopping
  • Purchase & schedule groceries, prepared meals and snacks
  • Order nutritional supplies online, i.e. vitamins, protein shakes
  • Coordinate automobile appointments, maintenance, and car washes
  • Run daily errands, (i.e. dry cleaner, bank, grocery store, pharmacy, etc.)
  • Receive, sort, and disseminate mail
  • Act as liaison for HOA matters
  • Managing Las Vegas household vendors (housekeeper, pool cleaner, yard maintenance, window cleaner etc.)
  • Managing Scottsdale household vendors (housekeeper, pool cleaner, yard maintenance, window cleaner etc.)
  • Managing Costa Rica household vendor (housekeeper)
  • Document Filing
  • Attendance at Business Meetings, Social Gatherings and Special Events

Skills required to be the CEO's Personal Assistant :

  • Microsoft Professional Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Proficient knowledge of researching items on the internet
  • Knowledge of Social Media content
